Recently, there have been different callouts from different traders about what they suspected to be a scam stunt pulled by the popular prop firm- Bespoke Funding.
Few days ago, a trader with the username- Liquidity Hunter, called out the firm for suspending his funded challenge account before receiving credentials and also accused him of violating the firm’s rules without stating which of the rules he violated.
Earlier today, an X user and trader with the username- Pardeep, came with full force as he narrated his ordeal with the firm- Bespoke Funding with evidence.
In his statement, he said he applied for a payout and got suspended instead after 13 days of delayed payout with an email that did not state the reason behind his suspension.
Afterward, He replied to the same email but he did not receive any response which made him message the firm’s team on Discord and also tag the CEO who told him to open a ticket regarding the issue, just before he did as instructed the CEO removed him from the firm’s Discord group and also blocked him.
Seeing that he got blocked from the Discord channel, He said that he had to use his friend’s ID to have access to the channel again, and when he did he questioned the firm’s CEO (Kaler) why he got blocked and he was accused of abusing the support staffs when he opened the ticket.
After the conversation with the firm’s CEO, he decided to chat with the support team on the firm’s website but got blocked, he decided to email the firm in the previous email sent to him and got a reply from the firm afterward.
In the reply, he was reminded that upon signing up he had already agreed to the terms and conditions of the firm’s. The firm then told him that he is free to take whatever action he like regarding the issue.
With the statement made by Bespoke Funding, Could all these allegations against them be true?
